Important Information: We ship free! Please be aware that this particular product is a special order, which means it may take approximately 4 - 12 weeks for fulfillment.

Rustic Expressions offers free standard shipping on most U.S. orders unless otherwise stated.

Please note that custom or special orders may take approximately 4 to 12 weeks for fabrication before shipping.

Lead times

In-stock orders ship within 5 business days.

Back-ordered items ship within 2–4 weeks.

Special/custom orders may take 4–12 weeks for fulfillment.

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

Delivery and Access

All deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer.

Carriers do not enter private properties, residential units, or high-rise buildings.

Deliveries are completed at the loading dock, curbside, or receiving room, depending on accessibility.

As a courtesy, Rustic Expressions includes a “Call Ahead Delivery Service” so customers can coordinate directly with the carrier before delivery.

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to the customer’s absence, restricted access, or failure to respond to scheduling calls, any extra costs—including re-delivery, re-scheduling, or storage fees—will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Rustic Expressions is not liable for storage or delay costs resulting from the customer’s unavailability.

Freight Shipments (Furniture Orders)

Large or palletized furniture orders ship via insured freight carriers.

Customers will receive a Pro Number to track their shipment.

To maintain insurance coverage:

If the pallet arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and ask the driver to note “Refused – Damaged Package.”

If damage is discovered after acceptance, report it to Rustic Expressions within 3 business days. After this period, no damage claim can be processed.

Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories

Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

Freight / palletized deliveries are not available to Hawaii or Alaska.

Only eligible small-parcel items (non-freight) may be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, under a separate shipping quote.

If an order to Hawaii or Alaska is placed without prior approval/quote, Rustic Expressions may hold the order pending payment of the additional shipping charges or cancel the order and issue a refund.

For U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), shipping is not included and is under quote; freight availability may be limited or unavailable.

Free Shipping Disclaimer

Free shipping applies only to items purchased at full website price.

Products marked “In-Store Pickup”, wholesale, or international orders do not qualify for free shipping.

For Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and international destinations, shipping is quoted separately.

Oversize products with the longest dimension > 80 inches may require terminal pickup (will call/ocurre) and may be ineligible for home delivery.

International and Wholesale Orders

For international and wholesale purchases, shipping costs are not included and will be quoted based on destination and order volume.
